These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 786 bet platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to both the 786-bet.cam website and its mobile application. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Services" means slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and other gaming activities available on 786 bet. "Account Balance" means the total amount of funds in a member's wallet, which may include both bonus funds and cash.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 786 bet management shall be considered final; however, a member may submit any complaint in writing to the support team.

If a member registers using false information and it is later proven that they are a minor, their account will be closed immediately and no winnings will be paid out.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or family members using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited and subject to penalty.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. If any discrepancy is found in name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details, the withdrawal process will be put on hold until account verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Do not share or disclose your password to anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 786 bet support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

786 bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is completed, the account balance will be updated automatically.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Before any withdrawal request, the member's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be complete. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

786 bet offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,200. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a total of ৳12,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry period — read them carefully before accepting an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash — no part of a bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Cashback

786 bet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). For example, a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳200 (৳20,000 × 1.0%).

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, certain in-play markets may be voidable under specific circumstances. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, no funds will be deducted from the account.

6.2 Determining Results

The outcome of all games and sports bets is determined by impartial technical methods. A Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used for slots and casino games. Results for live sports events will be determined in accordance with internationally recognised scoring systems.

6.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets placed on that event will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In the case of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, 786 bet management may make decisions based on special consideration.

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers or abusing bonuses.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Placing bets or operating games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members on the platform or participating in match-fixing.

10.1 At the Member's Request

A member may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining cash balance before the request is processed.

10.2 Suspension by 786 bet

786 bet may suspend a member's account temporarily or permanently under any of the following circumstances:

• A suspected violation of the Terms and Conditions is identified.
• KYC verification is not completed or there is a discrepancy in the information provided.
• An investigation is required for security verification.
• A directive is received from a court or law enforcement agency.

786 bet strives to keep the platform running correctly at all times, but will not be held liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party software errors, or natural disasters.

786 bet reserves the right to correct any odds, balance, or bonus displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. If a member places bets taking advantage of such an error, the result of those bets will be considered void.
